What is Rope Flow?

Rope Flow is a dynamic movement practice that involves using a properly-weighted rope to create fluid, rhythmic motions. By engaging the spine, the whole body, both hands, and the mind, this unique practice can improve physical fitness, as well as mental well-being. Most people will soon realize that Rope Flow is much more than just exercise. In order to get the most benefit from Rope Flow, one must begin with learning the basic principles and patterns. From there, you can expand your practice as far as you like.

FluxRopes was created by Dr SJ Nana, a neurologically-focused chiropractor in South Africa. After more than 28 years of clinical practice, he's very grateful to be able to recommend this safe and simple means of enjoyably improving spinal function, coordination, balance, and the mind-body connection. How To Order

Choose between the light-weight (FluxAwakener) or medium-weight (FluxEnergizer) ropes.

The FluxAwakener is suitable for most beginners, ideal for one-handed movement patterns, flowing with more speed, and learning new rope flow patterns.

The FluxEnergizer is better suited for those that are at least moderately fit or weigh over 95 kg. It's also ideal for those that have been practicing Rope Flow for over 3 months and looking for increased resistance.

You will be asked to specify your height when ordering. If more than one person is using the rope, please provide the height of the tallest person. The rope can be shortened by adding 1-2 knots, when necessary.

Please allow 5-7 working days for your FluxRope to be prepared and your order processed. Specify collection or delivery. Delivery usually takes an additional 3-5 working days.
